Resumé
With broad experience in tax consulting and planning at both the national and international levels, André advises Brazilian and foreign companies on structuring projects in Brazil and abroad. He also coordinates and represents clients in strategic litigation at both the administrative and judicial levels.
André led the set up of our law firm’s Transfer Pricing practice, having developed legal and litigation solutions in related cases.
André is recognized as one of Brazil’s leading international tax lawyers by International Tax Review, as well as by other top publications, such as Chambers, Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, Latin America Corporate Council Association, Best Lawyers and Leaders League.
