With over 15 years of experience in top law firms, primarily in strategic civil litigation, Daniela went on to lead legal, regulatory, and compliance departments in major companies within the infrastructure, consumer goods, and financial sectors. She developed extensive expertise in management, innovation of internal processes, negotiation, governance, contingency restructuring, crisis committee coordination, corporate reputation management, institutional relations with a focus on public policy in regulated industries, and the implementation of compliance and data protection programs.

Additionally, Daniela served as a legal consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. from 2001 to 2002, where she oversaw private equity fund operations involving Southern Cone countries.
