Resumé
Background of 15+ years in Commercial Law, having worked at leading law firms in São Paulo. Écio has led major domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving companies in the technology, education, advertising, and fintech sectors. His experience also includes advising on corporate restructurings, estate and succession planning, and a broad range of corporate matters. Additionally, Écio has advised on the implementation of stock option plans (SOPs) and the development of initiatives to strengthen corporate governance.
