Resumé
Specializing in Maritime and Transport Law, Erika has an extensive background in litigation, contracts, and regulatory matters within the sector. She has played a key role in emergency response to major maritime accidents, advising clients in cases with significant national and international impact. Recognized in the field since 2022 by Chambers and Partners (Brazil and Global) and by The Legal 500 since 2023.
Érika also serves as a Director at WISTA Brazil, the Brazilian chapter of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association – WISTA International, and as Vice President of the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM).
In addition, she is part of the Litigation & Arbitration team, having practiced in this area since 2003, with experience in complex disputes involving corporate, civil, and family law
