Practice focused on tax litigation, including as lead counsel in administrative and court proceedings, across different court levels, on complex and strategic matters. Daniela is also the head of our law firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice, advising both national and foreign clients. Daniela was elected Vice-Chairwoman of the Insurance Committee of the International Bar Association (2019-2020). Daniela was listed by International Tax Review as one of the Tax Controversy Leaders from 2013 to 2024, and Woman in Tax Leaders from 2016 to 2018, and 2020 to 2024.
